Leadership Rice

David NinoDavid Niño is the director of Leadership Rice.  He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Texas at Austin, where he also served on the faculty.  Dr. Niño's publications and research focus on topics related to leadership, organizational cultures, and knowledge management and he has consulted with both private and public sector organizations in the U.S. and Mexico.  As director of Leadership Rice, he develops and implements a series of programs aimed at helping students become leaders and make a distinctive impact in their chosen professions.  Dr. Niño teaches undergraduate courses through Leadership Rice and executive education courses in the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business.  He is a native Texan and resides in West Houston with his wife Holly and daughters Sienna and Elliana.

JudyLeJudy Le is the associate director of Leadership Rice, responsible for administering a variety of curricular and co-curricular activities designed to help Rice students realize their potential for leadership. Since graduating from Rice Judy has worked in the consulting industry, started her own business, and held positions in higher education. She has an extensive background in leadership development, having most recently served as the program director for Leadership Houston and prior to that advised several academic institutions regarding undergraduate leadership training. Judy also serves as a lead facilitator for LeaderShape, a weeklong leadership institute for undergraduate students.
