Judy Le is the director of Leadership Rice, responsible for administering a variety of curricular and co-curricular activities designed to help Rice students realize their potential for leadership. Since graduating from Rice, Judy has worked in the consulting industry, started her own business, and held positions in higher education. She has an extensive background in leadership development, having most recently served as the program director for Leadership Houston and prior to that advised several academic institutions regarding undergraduate leadership training. Judy also serves as a lead facilitator for LeaderShape, a weeklong leadership institute for undergraduate students.
Judy holds an M.Ed. in Higher Education Leadership from UT Austin and BA. in Sociology from Rice University.

Dustin Peterson is the associate director for Leadership Rice and has worked in leadership development both in higher education and as a private consultant. Prior to Rice, Dustin coordinated leadership development at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and instructed as adjunct faculty in UNLV's Leadership & Civic Engagement Minor. His interests focus on developing self-awareness, authenticity, the leadership/followership balance, managing change and transition, and discovering and harnessing potential. He has conducted training, personal assessments, and teambuilding for staff, students, and professionals. In addition, Dustin has mentored and coached hundreds of students and professionals and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and experienced with DiSC and StrengthsQuest.
Dustin lives in Houston with his beautiful wife and three fascinating children. In his extracurricular time he enjoys navigating the intricacies of fatherhood, training for triathlons, and serving in his church. Dustin holds an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a B.S. in Communications from Brigham Young University-Idaho.

| Nivriti Chowdhry (Lovett '13), more fondly known as Nivi, has been a student assistant at Leadership Rice since 2010. She is currently studying Mathematical Economic Analysis with a minor in business and hopes to pursue a PhD in business marketing in the near future. She spends all her spare time making travel plans, experimenting with recipes, and teaching art. |

| Vikram Murali, an undergraduate student assistant, is a sophomore undergraduate student at Rice University from Brown College. He is pursuing a Bioengineering major with a minor in global health technologies. In the future, he plans to go to medical school and specialize in cardiovascular medicine. At Rice, he enjoys playing soccer and basketball for Brown. He lives in Sugar Land and went to Hightower High School. |

| Michael Domeracki, otherwise known as Goat or Domo, is the graduate assistant and a third year PhD Student in Religious Studies focusing on the bible and Christian origins. He received his B.A. from the University of Calgary, his masters from Vanderbilt, and has conducted supplemental graduate work at the University of Notre Dame. He has been working at the Center for Civic Engagement, the Office of Fellowships and Undergraduate Research, and Leadership Rice since the spring of 2011. Michael serves as the TA for the Summer Mentorship Experience and LEAD 150, and is the Program Coordinator of the Envision Grant. He also teaches workshops, assists students with fellowship applications, and helps coordinate various events for the offices. He is from the Republic of Boulder, Go Broncos. |
